WYLDLIFE

Central Il Young Life currently has WyldLife clubs for middle school students in Dunlap (6-8th grade) and Washington (6th-8th grade).
Young Life values the confidentiality and security of your child's personal information, and we want to ask your permission to collect and store your child's information so that WyldLife leaders may communicate with them about WyldLife activities. Please take a moment to complete the form below.

Meets the 2nd & 4th Mondays of the month during the school year, with various FUN activities throughout the summer.
